Data Storage and Processing

Local-first by design: The Quantum App stores conversations and settings locally on your device. By default, we do not use your conversations to train models.

Minimal technical logs: To ensure reliability and prevent abuse, our backend may receive minimal technical logs (e.g., timestamps, endpoint paths, status codes). These logs do not include wallet secrets or sensitive personal data.

Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process information to operate features you request and to improve service quality:

• App state and preferences (stored locally on your device).
• Anonymous usage and performance metrics to keep services reliable.
• Page context you explicitly send when you trigger an AI App or agent action.

When cloud features are involved, we send only the minimum necessary data to complete the action you requested. Conversations remain local by default.

Wallet and Keys

Private keys and seed phrases never leave your device. Keys are encrypted locally, and every signing or transaction submission requires your explicit approval. We do not have access to your funds.

Cookies and Tracking

We do not use advertising or cross‑site tracking cookies. The App uses local storage mechanisms (such as browser storage) for functionality. You can adjust your browser settings to limit storage, which may affect certain features.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your data. For App data stored locally, you can manage it directly on your device. For any server-side items (e.g., technical logs or reports you submitted), contact us.

Full Custody Model

Quantum’s agentic wallet follows a full‑custody model: on‑chain actions are proposed transparently and require your approval; sensitive material is handled locally. We believe in data sovereignty and giving users control.

Children’s Privacy

Quantum is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly process data of minors.
