By accessing or using the Quantum AI service ("Service"), whether through our website, applications, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Quantum is the AI layer for your browser. The Service centers on the Quantum App, a Chrome extension that provides on‑page AI Apps, agent coordination, and an agentic wallet with explicit approvals. Cloud agents may provide research and analysis that coordinate with edge agents in your browser.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Some features may require authentication (e.g., email login or wallet connection). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities under your account.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

4. Access and Availability

4.1. Features may be free or paid. We may set usage limits, rate limits, or eligibility criteria.

4.2. Wallet connections may be used for authentication or on‑chain actions you approve. Token ownership is not required for access.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or limitations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use any automated means to access or collect data from the Service
• Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, illegal trading, or prohibited financial activities

6. AI Agent Usage

6.1. AI agents provide information and assistance but do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

6.2. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions you take based on agent outputs.

6.3. Automation features and on‑chain interactions run only with your explicit approval and are used at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, are owned by Quantum AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes.

8. User Data

8.1. The App is local‑first. Conversations and settings are stored on your device by default.

8.2. Minimal technical logs may be collected server‑side for reliability and abuse prevention. No wallet secrets.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9.2. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY FINANCIAL ANALYSES, MARKET INSIGHTS, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED.

9.3. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL QUANTUM AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10.2. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OUR SERVICE.

10.3. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) $100.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

11.2. We will notify you of any material changes through our website or application.

11.3. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

12.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
