By accessing or using the Quantum AI service ("Service"), whether through our website, applications, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Quantum is a decentralized network of AI agents for financial intelligence and automation. Our Service provides tools for market insights, automated trading strategies, cross-chain wealth management, and other financial intelligence features through AI-driven analysis.

We currently utilize $LANE tokens for access privileges and will transition to the QUANTUM token when released.

3. User Accounts

3.1. To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account either through a Solana wallet connection or email registration.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Token-Based Access

4.1. Certain premium features require $LANE token ownership.

4.2. Token ownership is verified through your connected Solana wallet.

4.3. Benefits scale with token holdings and may include higher usage limits, advanced features, and improved data privacy.

4.4. Upon transition from $LANE to QUANTUM tokens, all benefits will transfer accordingly.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions or limitations
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use any automated means to access or collect data from the Service
• Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, illegal trading, or prohibited financial activities

6. AI Agent Usage

6.1. AI agents provided through our Service are designed to provide information and assist with financial decision-making but should not be considered financial advice.

6.2. You bear sole responsibility for any financial or investment decisions made based on information provided by our AI agents.

6.3. Automation features, including trading bots and automated on-chain interactions, are used at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, are owned by Quantum AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal and non-commercial purposes.

8. User Data

8.1. Free users: Your conversations and usage data may be stored, analyzed, and used to improve our AI models.

8.2. Token holders: Your conversations are stored locally on your device through our full-custody model.

8.3. All users: Anonymous usage statistics and performance metrics may be collected.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9.2. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY FINANCIAL ANALYSES, MARKET INSIGHTS, OR OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED.

9.3. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. IN NO EVENT SHALL QUANTUM AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10.2. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OUR SERVICE.

10.3. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) $100.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. We may modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion.

11.2. We will notify you of any material changes through our website or application.

11.3. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

12.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
